Please note that Flash Player 10 or higher must be installed for proper functionality of the bead designer. To see what version of Flash Player you have, right-click on the bead designer as it is loading and the menu that pops up should say "About Flash Player X" ("X" is your version). You can quickly download the latest version here. You may need to restart your web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer or Firefox) after you install Flash Player.
